Falcon Locums Group is growing, and we're looking for motivated, ambitious, and energetic individuals to join our team as Associate Recruiters!

We are a fast-growing, physician-led healthcare staffing company specializing in Locum Tenens, connecting physicians and healthcare providers with hospitals and healthcare facilities nationwide.

No recruiting or healthcare experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and the tools you need to become a successful recruiter.

What You'll Do

• Recruit and build relationships with physicians and healthcare providers nationwide.
• Make outbound calls, send emails, and connect with potential candidates.
• Learn how to source, screen, and qualify healthcare professionals for locum tenens opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified providers.
• Match physicians with exciting career opportunities at hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Negotiate compensation and coordinate provider placements with guidance from senior recruiters.
• Build long-term relationships with providers to generate repeat business.
• Work closely with an experienced recruiting team to achieve individual and company goals.

What We're Looking For

• No prior recruiting experience required — we will train you!
• Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence.
• Competitive, driven, and motivated to earn commissions.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships.
• Organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales, customer service, hospitality, or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
• Someone who wants a long-term career with significant earning potential.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in sales, recruiting, account management, hospitality, or customer service
• High-volume phone or B2B sales experience
