Overview

The Recruiter in this role serves as a critical partner throughout the employee lifecycle, helping attract talent, guide candidates through the hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. The ideal candidate brings a blend of recruiting coordination, onboarding administration, and HR support experience, along with a genuine passion for creating positive experiences for candidates, hiring managers, and employees.

Success in this role requires someone who can build relationships, maintain organization in a fast-paced environment, and confidently manage multiple hiring and onboarding activities at once.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting Coordination

• Coordinate job postings across internal and external recruiting platforms
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Schedule interviews and manage communication between all parties
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Assist with resume review, candidate screening, assessments, and pre-employment processes
• Support offer preparation and hiring logistics to ensure a smooth candidate experience
  
  

Onboarding & New Hire Experience

• Coordinate all onboarding activities from offer acceptance through start date
• Prepare, distribute, and track onboarding documentation and employment paperwork
• Coordinate orientation schedules, training activities, and new hire communications
• Ensure timely completion of employment eligibility, compliance, and policy documentation
• Partner with internal teams to coordinate equipment, system access, and site-specific onboarding requirements
  
  

HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain employee records and digital personnel files within HRIS systems
• Support HR reporting, onboarding metrics, and recruiting analytics
• Assist with audits, compliance initiatives, and documentation management
• Respond to employee and candidate questions regarding recruiting and HR processes
• Contribute to process improvements, SOP development, and documentation updates

• Effectively manage multiple open positions and onboarding timelines simultaneously

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• Must have experience supporting a combination of recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration
• Experience participating in the hiring process, including candidate communication, interview coordination, screening support, or recruiting administration
• Experience coordinating onboarding activities for new employees
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices
• Experience working with ATS and HRIS platforms
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to payroll processes
• Experience in high-volume hiring or multi-site environments
• Experience improving HR processes, workflows, or system utilization
