Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly audit procedures to verify and balance daily financial transactions
• Prepare and review daily revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes during overnight hours
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain security and safety protocols throughout the hotel premises
• Update and maintain accurate records of guest accounts and reservations
• Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hotel front desk, accounting, or night audit preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus
