Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Westfield, MA, for a Party Rental Delivery Driver/Set-up Crew member. Responsibilities include driving and delivering party rental equipment to event locations, setting up and dismantling event equipment such as tents, tables, and chairs, inflatable bounce house, Obstacle courses, Water slides and more ensuring proper handling and organization of inventory. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs during drop-offs and pick-ups and ensuring timely and efficient service. Physical tasks and lifting are key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Like working outdoors Rain or Shine
- Available Weekends/Holidays and generally Thursday, Friday, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays
- Occasional Tuesday/Wednesday Shifts during school field days, cleaning days, extra loading days
- DOT card not required but will need to be obtained company will assist in getting you one.
- Experience in driving pick up trucks with 12-16 ft trailers and promoting services effectively
- Attention to details when Delivering, Picking Up, loading and Unloading
- Backing into driveways safely
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, and set up heavy equipment as part of the job
- Responsible for Safe set up of Tents, and Inflatables
