Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning agents.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for ideal candidates
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.

Must have/be:

• Reliable insured transportation
• A valid Driver's License
• A good driving record
• A minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning or housekeeping experience (preferred)
• A smartphone and internet access throughout your employment
• Familiar with (or willing) to clean multiple buildings per night
• Able to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Flexible to work weekends (at least 1 day)
• Able to maintain buildings at the company's cleanliness (quality) expectation levels throughout your employment
• Keep yourself well-groomed
• Punctual
• Courteous while working around co-workers & our customers
• Able to accept correction
• Must be willing to work according to the company's code of conduct and ethics

Must pass:

• Drug and alcohol test
• Background check
• Driving record check

Benefits & Pay:

• All new hires begin at $15.00/hour
• The first pay increase is considered after 90 days of employment.
• Pay will increase to $16.00/hour after the 90-day trial period.
• Additional pay increases will be made based on performance, work quality, and adherence to company policies.
• Fully paid insurance (health, dental, vision) is available to full-salaried and full-time staff after 1 year of employment.
