Professional Window Washer, Carpet/Floor Care Technician

Crystal Image Cleaning is hiring a dependable professional with experience in window cleaning, carpet care, and floor care. We provide on-the-job training for our equipment, methods, and customer requirements.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work and opportunities for overtime. Start times vary from day to day based on scheduled jobs. Occasional early morning commercial cleaning may be required.

Requirements:

• Experience in professional window cleaning, carpet care, or floor care
• Ability to perform physical cleaning work, including lifting equipment and working on your feet, not afraid of heights or ladders
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
• Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a team
• Ability to pass a background check

Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply, but being bilingual is not required.

Payrate based on experience level.

Duties

• Perform window washing using specialized equipment to achieve streak-free clarity on interior and exterior surfaces.
• Conduct comprehensive floor care including scrubbing, buffing, waxing, and refinishing to restore floors to their optimal condition.
• Handle cleaning with precision, utilizing appropriate chemical agents and cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Execute carpet cleaning procedures such as steam extraction and deep cleaning to remove stains, dirt, and allergens.
• Apply floor cleaning chemicals for routine maintenance or restorative projects, ensuring proper handling and environmental safety.
• Use manual handling techniques to lift heavy equipment or materials safely during cleaning operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness while providing excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience with a focus on commercial cleaning environments.
• Familiarity with floor scrubbing, buffing, waxing, and floor refinishing techniques.
• Knowledge of chemical agent handling, including the safe use of floor cleaning chemicals and environmental services practices.
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, steam cleaners, and window washing tools.
• Strong manual handling skills with the physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and clear communication abilities.
• Prior experience in environmental services or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
