Lakeside Cleaning is a growing, family-owned cleaning company serving the Delavan, Lake Geneva, and Walworth County area. We specialize in detailed residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, recurring home cleanings, commercial cleaning, windows, and exterior property services.
We are looking for dependable, hardworking people who take pride in doing quality work. This is a hands-on cleaning position, and the right person will be someone who is reliable, respectful, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
At Lakeside Cleaning, we genuinely care about the people who work with us. We are a small team, and we believe in taking care of each other, helping each other, and treating people with respect. Cleaning is hard work, and we understand that. Our goal is to build a team where people feel valued, supported, and proud of the work they do.
Our clients trust us inside their homes and businesses, so professionalism matters. We are not looking for someone who just wants to “get through the job.” We are looking for someone who cares about doing things the right way.
Responsibilities include:
- General home and business cleaning
- Deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, doors, trim, and detailed areas
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing

- Maintaining a professional attitude in clients’ homes and businesses
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work on your feet and handle physical cleaning work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Respectful, professional, and trustworthy
- Cleaning experience is helpful, but not required for the right person
Why work with Lakeside Cleaning?
- Family-owned, local company
- Respectful, supportive team environment
- Owners who genuinely care about their employees
- A team that helps each other and looks out for one another
- Room to grow as the company grows
- Variety of work — no two days are exactly the same
- Opportunity to learn detailed residential and commercial cleaning skills
