QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:
- A High School Diploma or the equivalent in relevant work experience.
- Directly related warehouse experience is a plus.
- Must be a true team player; personable, professional, flexible, and have a high level of integrity.
- Attention to detail that will impact profitability.
- Ability to manage time through multi-tasking and managing several projects at once. Must be flexible and work well under pressure and easily adapt to change.
- Possess the strength and endurance to stand and walk for a full scheduled shift, and intermittently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have transportation to and from work. A valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Entail strong communication skills, along with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- High levels of personal accountability; an ability to be responsible for your own actions.
- Confidence and high levels of accomplishment.
RESPONSIBILITIES – HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE VISION include the following, but are not limited to:
- Read customer return forms to process any credits requested.
- Develop and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Updating inventory records and customer accounts with return information.
- Communicating with customers, vendors, carriers and other departments to resolve any issues or inquiries related to returns.
- Follow any special instructions on specific account returns.
- Keep all paperwork organized.
- Examine each product that can/cannot be given credit.
- Utilize a computer to process returns/credits.
- Assist in any task requested by either the direct team leader or any person in management.
- Aid in the efforts of maintaining a clean work environment.
- Work as a team with all functional work areas. (Communication)
- Process accurate and timely returns/refunds.
INDICATORS OF PERFORMANCE
- Timely and error-free communications and shipments.
- Harmony within the fulfillment center team.
- Positive perception of support from co-workers, team leaders, customers, vendors, and/or suppliers.
- Efficient and quality completion of all assigned tasks.
IMPROVING THE SYSTEM
All Fait Associates are responsible for documenting and fixing problems within the system. In addition, this role is responsible for improvement project participation, planning, communicating and implementing solutions where possible.
PERSONAL IMPROVEMENT
Fait will provide resources and support, relevant to the position, for education and training as needed. It is the Associate’s responsibility to seek approval, schedule and participate in education and/or training that will prepare him/her for present and future needs. A post training recap may be required.
