What You’ll Do (Job Duties)
As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of Fait Distribution in your region. Using a consultative approach, you’ll partner with eye care practices and retailers to deliver personalized solutions from our digital optical lab, optical lens portfolio, and nationwide contact lens distribution services. This is a field-based sales position where you will be visiting offices throughout your territory on a daily basis.
In this role, you will:
- Build meaningful connections with optometrists and practice staff
- Prospect and cold call within a defined territory to grow your account base
- Schedule appointments and deliver impactful presentations
- Understand each account’s unique needs and offer tailored solutions
- Drive growth by introducing new products and services
- Collaborate with vendor partners and reps to identify new opportunities
- Serve as an advisor—supporting practices with integrity and expertise

- 1 year of successful B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of managing a territory and closing deals
- Experience in the optical or medical device industry is a plus
