The Inn at Fairview Memory Care is seeking a friendly and reliable Dietary Aide to join our dining services team.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others, working as part of a team, and creating a positive dining experience in a warm senior living environment. The Dietary Aide will assist with meal service, dining room support, and maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and dining area.
This is a full-time position with hours of 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Alternating weekends, some holidays, and flexibility are required.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving meals in a friendly, respectful, and timely manner
- Assisting with meal delivery and dining room service
- Helping create a pleasant and welcoming dining experience
- Maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas
- Following food safety, sanitation, and facility guidelines
- Assisting with setup before meals and cleanup afterward
- Working collaboratively with the dietary and care teams
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Previous dietary, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Training provided
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Must be available for day shifts, alternating weekends, and some holidays
- Must pass a physical paid for by Fairview Senior Living
