Manager Retail Pharmacy - Temporary

Fairview Range is hiring a Temporary Pharmacist Manager for our Retail Pharmacy in Hibbing, MN.

The Manager is responsible for managing, supervising, and coordinating services and functions performed by pharmacists, technicians, and other support staff. Builds and maintains collaborative working relationships, in support of interdisciplinary team initiatives, within and outside of the organization. Practices sound management principles and is responsible for the development and management of operational processes to create efficient and profitable services. Responsible for delivering operational project and financial analysis, evaluations, program implementation, and purchase of supplies. Responsible for vendor and customer relationships as assigned.

Schedule: This position is a Temporary position that will work 80 hours per two weeks. The shift length will be 8-hours on the Day/Evening shift with rotating Saturday shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) from an ACPE certified school of Pharmacy
• 3-5 years of retail pharmacy experience
• Adequate knowledge of business in relation to organization of a retail pharmacy
• Registered pharmacist in good standing with the MN Board of Pharmacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's in business administration
• Previous management experience

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.

Salary : $141,045 - $211,578
