Travel Nurse - Stepdown Unit - Full-Time

Role: Stepdown Unit Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, signs, and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members, documenting diagnoses and care plans.
• Document patient care plans with nursing diagnoses, expected outcomes, and interventions.
• Initiate and evaluate patient and family education, revising plans as needed.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license and degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting.
• Additional requirements may be specified by the healthcare facility.
