Role Overview
The RN Clinical Management Specialist collaborates with Home Health leadership to plan, coordinate, and deliver quality patient services. This hybrid position requires in-office training and clinical support at various Florida locations, with weekly travel to branches in Sebring, Ft Lauderdale, Miami, Stuart, and Orlando.

The RN Clinical Management Specialist collaborates with Home Health leadership to plan, coordinate, and deliver quality patient services. This hybrid position requires in-office training and clinical support at various Florida locations, with weekly travel to branches in Sebring, Ft Lauderdale, Miami, Stuart, and Orlando.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess electronic medical record (EMR) workflows
- Support intake processes and admission decisions
- Facilitate virtual training for Clinical Managers and Nurses
- Act as interim Clinical Manager when needed
- Mentor new Clinical Managers
- Active RN license in the state of residence
- Expertise with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system and OASIS
- At least 3 years of recent clinical experience in home health or related settings
- Valid driver’s license with insurance coverage
- Ability to travel regionally by car
