Role Overview
The RN Clinical Management Specialist provides clinical support, training, and interim leadership within a regional home health setting.

This hybrid role involves in-office training and travel to locations such as Sebring, Ft Lauderdale, Miami, Stuart, and Orlando.
The specialist acts as a mentor for new Clinical Managers and fills interim roles as needed.
Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications & Skills
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of residence
- Minimum of 3 years' recent clinical experience in home health or related settings
- Expertise in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system and OASIS
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Monitor and support EMR workflows and assist with clinical operations
- Support intake and admission processes
- Facilitate virtual training for clinical staff
- Serve as interim Clinical Manager and mentor new managers
