- Applying critical thinking, effective communication, and decisive judgment while working with minimal supervision.
- Administering chemotherapy and biotherapy, requiring ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certification if applicable.
- Providing care in specialized areas such as ICU, ED, PACU, Endoscopy, Telemetry, OB, and Pediatric units, with appropriate certifications like ACLS and PALS.
- Obtaining required certifications within specified timeframes if coming from non-pediatric or L&D backgrounds.
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Additional certifications as needed based on department, including ACLS, PALS, and Fetal Monitoring.
