Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients accurately based on their medical condition.
- Administer prescribed medications and perform treatments appropriate to patient age and condition.
- Develop and evaluate patient and family education plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care.
- Assist physicians with procedures, utilizing technical and manual skills.
- Address psychosocial needs and communicate with social services regarding patient care and discharge planning.
- Practice cost-effective resource management.
- Prioritize patient care efficiently to promote safety and reduce risks.
- Commit to lifelong learning in nursing practices.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Computer literacy.
- RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Preferred: ACLS/PALS certifications.
