- Implement: Coordinate care through delegation and collaboration, managing resources and prioritizing tasks.
- Evaluate: Monitor patient responses, outcomes, and satisfaction, revising care plans as needed.
- Professionalism: Uphold legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, ensuring accurate documentation and scope of practice.
- Current RN license in the practice state or valid compact license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong patient care, communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; required for new hires after a specified date.
- Ability to see, read, communicate effectively, and manipulate equipment accurately.
- Capacity to lift, transfer, and assist with patient mobility and equipment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and navigate busy environments.
