Position: Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery
Role & Responsibilities: Provide expert care in a high-risk labor and delivery unit, supporting mothers and babies through antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum phases. Oversee and direct care of pregnant women, including low-risk and high-risk cases, surgical procedures, and fetal loss. Collaborate with a skilled team, utilizing equipment like fetal monitors and IV pumps, to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accountability for patient care, supervise assistive personnel, and perform duties as assigned. Foster open, compassionate interactions reflecting core behavioral standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Current Colorado RN licensure, BLS, NRP, ACLS, and Fetal Monitoring certification. Preferred BSN and one-year acute care or women’s health experience. Strong communication, critical thinking, and team management skills are essential.
