- Assisting the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team management, scheduling, training, and interdepartmental communication.
- Providing direct patient care, understanding individual recovery needs, and celebrating patient progress.
- Current state licensure or certification.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an accredited therapy program.
- Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice.
- CPR certification or obtaining it within 30 days of hire; professional certifications preferred.
