Occupational Therapy Team Leader

Role Overview: Lead and coordinate the occupational therapy team, ensuring seamless delivery of personalized, compassionate care to patients during their rehabilitation. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations on daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, understanding individual needs to promote recovery and celebrate progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operational tasks and team coordination
• Deliver patient-centered therapy and build therapeutic relationships
• Support patient progress and recovery goals
• Ensure adherence to procedures and treatments
• Participate in training, orientation, and communication
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Current state licensure or certification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in therapy from an accredited program
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience
• Minimum of two years clinical experience
• CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days)
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or with relevant certifications (preferred)
