- Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions to enhance motor skills, daily activities, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on managing disabilities and improving independence.
- Maintain detailed records of patient progress and modify treatments as needed.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the practice state.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Prior experience is preferred but not required.
