- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care
- Educating patients and families on managing disabilities and enhancing independence
- Maintaining detailed records and adjusting treatments as needed
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
