Role Overview: Seeking a Lead Chiropractor to manage a high-volume, walk-in clinic, delivering consistent chiropractic care without insurance or modalities. The position involves owning the patient experience, leading a clinical team, and building community trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments for 45 patients daily
• Convert new patients into wellness plans and memberships
• Lead and motivate the clinical support team
• Serve as a community wellness advocate

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Alaska

Compensation & Work Environment: Salary ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 plus performance bonuses and profit sharing. The schedule includes full-time hours, with clinic hours from Monday to Saturday, emphasizing a busy, rewarding workday for those who thrive in high-volume settings.
