- Maintain medication carts, perform narcotic counts, and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Prevent medication errors and promote resident safety through clinical accuracy and regulatory adherence
- Active LPN license in good standing
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong assessment, documentation, and observational skills
- Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
