Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Medication Nurse
Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration, accurately document in MAR/TAR, monitor symptoms, report adverse reactions, conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs), transcribe orders, observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes, maintain medication carts, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Active LPN license in good standing, CPR and First Aid certification, strong assessment and documentation skills, senior care or medication administration experience preferred.
Key Duties: Ensure resident safety through precise medication management, early health change identification, and regulatory adherence. Play a vital role in delivering safe, accurate care that enhances residents' quality of life.
