The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as overall FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.

Qualifications:
Overall clinical compensation from Fairview will remain at its present level. This leadership position is compensated in the form of protected administrative time and paid out at $36,788 for the 0.1 FTE.
