Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Conduct safety inspections and identify potential hazards
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on equipment, including but not limited to: refrigerators, stoves, and laundry machines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Respond to work orders and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient use of resources
- Hourly rate of $21.00
- Full-time positions available with a $500.00 sign-on bonus for Full Time employees
