Responsibilities:

As a CNA, you will provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, and safety. Our CNAs are essential members of the care team and play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents!
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report any physical or behavioral changes to nursing staff
- Accurately record food and fluid intake while supporting treatments and overall resident care
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional care environment at all times
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and confidential care to all residents and staff interactions
- Pay Range: $18.50 – $22.00 per hour with pay commensurate with certification and years of post-certification experience
- Shift Differentials: $1.50/hr for weekday B & C shifts and 10% more/hour for all weekend shifts
- Available Shifts: Day (7:00am – 3:00pm), Evening (3:00pm – 11:00pm)
- Schedule Options: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week), Part-Time (22.5 hours per week)
- Weekend Availability: Required
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time CNAs
- Current NYS CNA Certification (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Prior experience in a healthcare or eldercare setting preferred
- Ability to work every other weekend and rotating holidays
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Patient, compassionate, flexible, and dependable
- Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist residents
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Salary : $19 - $22
