Key Responsibilities
- Therapeutic Treatments: Deliver top-tier physical therapy care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Resident Mobility: Guide senior residents through therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance routines.
- Clinical Documentation: Accurately track and record patient recovery milestones, care plans, and treatment outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Partner daily with nursing, therapy, and operational staff for interdisciplinary resident care.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Illinois license or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
- Leadership drive (for Director of Rehab interest) or passion for bedside care (Staff roles).
