Fairfield Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Full-Time opportunities in Fairfield, IL. We are hiring for both Staff COTA roles and a Director of Rehab position. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver quality patient care or step into department management while guiding a dedicated therapy team in a supportive senior living environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Department Leadership (Director Role): Oversee daily rehab operations, staff scheduling, department productivity, and caseload management.
- Direct Patient Care: Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services following an established OT plan of care.
- Compliance & Metrics: Maintain strict adherence to state, federal, and facility documentation rules while ensuring billing accuracy.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with nursing, medical staff, PTs, and administration to provide comprehensive resident care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active state license or certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Illinois.
- Strong leadership skills (for Director of Rehab candidates) or passion for direct resident care (Staff roles).
- Strong communication, clinical, and organizational abilities.
