Sign-On Bonus

Shifts Available
- 12-hour Day and Night shifts available
- Flexible scheduling based on facility needs

Monday – Friday | 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation & Differentials
- $18.00 – $24.50/hour (based on experience)
- Night Shift Differential: $2.00/hour
- Weekend Differential: $2.00/hour

Position Overview
As a CNA at Fairfield Senior Living & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, high-quality care while helping create a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Promote resident dignity, safety, and comfort at all times
- Collaborate with nursing staff and the care team
- Observe, report, and document changes in resident condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Strong attendance and dependable work ethic
- Compassionate, resident-centered mindset
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
