Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to maintain their appearance and safety
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues or cleanliness deficiencies and report them promptly
• Follow established cleaning protocols using industrial cleaning equipment when necessary to ensure efficiency and safety
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with guests or team members, representing the hospitality standards of the organization
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a secure environment for all staff and visitors

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, buffing, and stain removal
• Prior hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of cleaning procedures using various equipment and cleaning agents
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving heavy items when needed
