Hotel Front Office Supervisor-PM

Duties

• Assist in managing daily hotel operations, including front desk activities, guest services, and human resources functions
• Lead and supervise hotel staff, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue, including corporate accounts and group reservations
• Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring exceptional guest experiences
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handle night audit procedures and oversee financial reporting processes
• Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests and clients
• Monitor budgeting activities, control costs, and ensure adherence to financial goals
• Promote a positive work environment through leadership, training, and motivation of staff

Experience

• Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel management or resort settings
• Strong background in hospitality management, revenue management, and guest services
• functions including hiring, training, and staff development
• Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on customer service excellence and team development
• Previous hotel experience involving guest relations, hotel management systems, and resort operations is advantageous

Pay: $17.67 - $18.34 per hour
