About the Role
The Bangor Fairfield Inn by Marriott is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team. This position combines front desk guest service responsibilities with overnight accounting and reporting duties. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
- Balance daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
- Run end-of-day reports and complete night audit procedures.
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues in a courteous manner.
- Monitor hotel security and maintain a safe environment.
- Answer phone calls and make reservations as needed.
- Prepare reports for management and morning staff.
- Perform light administrative and housekeeping-related tasks when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred.
- Basic computer and accounting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain professional during overnight shifts.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
