Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and provide key information about hotel amenities and services
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software. -No longer FOSSE, Power of M crossover as occured.
- Assist guests with special requests, room changes, or issues to ensure a positive stay experience
- Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction
- Support administrative tasks such as processing payments, issuing invoices, and updating guest records
- Ensure the lobby, market, and other public areas are kept clean and tidy
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
