The Complimentary Food and Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and ensuring food and beverage inventories are controlled. - Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
- Ensure timely and proper completion of breakfast service according to checklist and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and food preparation areas.
- Perform opening and closing side work according to standards for efficient service.
- Ensure compliance with certification requirements (Food Handlers, Safety, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation.
- Ensure proper stocking and timely replenishment of food and beverage items in guest areas.
