Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, take reservations, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain detailed records of all financial exchanges during shifts
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all guest documentation is properly filed and up-to-date
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to coordinate guest needs and resolve any issues swiftly
- Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
- Excellent phone etiquette skills for handling inquiries professionally over multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems for smooth check-in/out processes
- Strong guest relations skills with an energetic approach to creating positive guest experiences
- Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail during late shifts
- Exceptional hospitality management skills combined with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty
Pay: $10.50 - $11.00 per hour
