- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
- Manage reservations and ensure proper room assignments while coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.
Skills
- Strong guest relations skills to foster positive interactions with guests.
- Proficiency in guest services, ensuring that all needs are met promptly.
- Background in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred.
- Experience at the front desk in a hotel or resort setting is advantageous.
