The Role
As ‘Guest Services Agent’ you will be on the front line, delivering on our mission! Perform all desk related functions including but not limited to checking guests in and out, making room reservations, giving recommendations, and providing directions. Smile and greet guests in a welcoming manner, as the first point of contact.
You will be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.

Indoor Swimming pool, For hosting a gathering, the creative and flexible event space can accommodate groups from 10 to 100.
