Duties
- Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued
- Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options
- Utilize POS systems such as Toast to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for transactions and sales reporting
- Enforce food safety standards and proper food handling procedures during serving and preparation
- Train team members on customer service excellence, beverage recipes, POS usage, and responsible alcohol service
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for catering events, banquets, or nightclub service to ensure seamless delivery of food and drinks
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Support sales initiatives by upselling beverages and promoting specials to maximize revenue
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in fine dining or nightclub environments
- Demonstrated leadership skills with previous experience supervising or leading a bar team
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is highly preferred
- Extensive knowledge of food safety practices, alcohol laws, and responsible serving policies
- Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus for managing large groups or events
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele in a lively atmosphere
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales tracking
- Knowledge of brewing techniques or hospitality industry standards is advantageous
