Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Monitor hotel performance, labor costs, payroll, and expenses to meet financial goals.
- Review and approve employee timecards and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance.
- Complete and submit required reports accurately and on time.
- Maintain a positive work environment focused on accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
- Previous hotel management experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, payroll, and budgeting.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
