Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests during arrival and departure
- Process payments and issuing room keys
- Respond promptly to guest questions and concerns
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
- Maintain accurate reservation records
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of customer service experience preferred, Comfortable using hotel reservation software
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve
- Able to stand for long periods and work weekends
