Front Desk Agent

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage phone systems effectively, handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.
• Assist with office management duties, including filing documents and organizing office supplies.
• Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
• Utilize Google Suite for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating documents.
• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate guest requests and enhance their experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an office or front desk role is preferred.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with phone systems and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
