Position Summary:
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the breakfast area while ensuring the highest level of cleanliness, quality, and guest satisfaction. This role is key to delivering the exceptional service Marriott guests expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with breakfast selections and seating.
- Set up and replenish all breakfast items, ensuring proper food presentation and temperature.
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, kitchen, and all related equipment.
- Monitor food and beverage levels, restocking as needed throughout the shift.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines in compliance with Marriott and local health standards.
- Handle guest requests or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest service.

Schedule:
- Morning shifts (typically 6:30am – 12:30pm. in Fall/Winter and 6:30am - 2:30pm in Spring/Summer)
- Weekends and holidays required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
