The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service in the hotel’s lounge. This includes welcoming guests, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests enjoy a premium experience throughout their stay.

- Greet and engage with executive-level guests in a warm, professional manner.
- Set up, maintain, and replenish buffet offerings for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails.
- Monitor food and beverage inventory and communicate replenishment needs to the kitchen or F&B team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge, including seating areas, buffet stations, and restrooms.
- Assist guests with special requests, including dietary needs, reservations, and concierge services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly or escalate to management as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of guest usage and lounge activity when required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or guest services preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
