As Front Office Manager, you will
- Oversee Front Office shift operations, enabling fluid communication and effective coordination between Sales, Reservations, Accounting, and all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and optimal guest experience.
- Skillfully guide a talented Front Office Staff, including Front Desk Agents, Bell Staff, and Guest Response (PBX) Department. Create an environment where motivated people want to join, learn, do their best, and advance. Lead by modeling the way, by training, empowering, and coaching throughout the employment lifecycle.
- Exercise your experience and relationship building talent to ensure delighted, returning guests. Enable open, clear communications between guests, your team and fellow departments. Keep a pulse on guest and employee interactions, transforming potential issues into opportunities to teach and elevate guest experience. Respond with prompt graciousness to guest requests and inquiries.
- Keep the Front Office operating smoothly under your watch. Track supply levels and take necessary action to ensure systems and equipment are fully functioning, for optimal efficiency and associate safety
- Front Office Managers Sales Duties. Conducts tours of the hotel and meeting facilities; entertains qualified potential clients in accordance with company and property policies and procedures.
- Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
- Confirms agreements in writing and forwards document to client and affected hotel departments.
- Be incredibly friendly, customer centric, love to smile and have FUN in a team environment.
- Have two or more years of experience in Hotel Sales and have knowledge of the local area. (Special consideration will be given to those who exhibit a proven track record of exemplary sales performance in other business fields with strong leadership abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills, and guest and employee centric management practices.)
- Be the main contact for all leisure group bookings while maintaining your knowledge of bookings and cancelations at each hotel.
- Daily prospecting and sales leads from your arrivals and guest in house reports.
- make sure the meeting room is set up and events are communicated with all depatements.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
