Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations management
- Prepare and review daily financial reports, including revenue summaries and audit logs
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest registration
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV footage, conducting safety checks, and controlling access to the property
- Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with other departments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records, processing payments, and resolving billing discrepancies
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a night audit or overnight role
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and accounting procedures related to night audits
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations with professionalism, patience, and tact
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and security procedures within a resort or hotel setting
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attentiveness
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel experience is preferred; a background in guest services is highly advantageous
