What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Support Clerk position at FACTORY CONNECTION, LLC?
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Maintain and update bank account information for all retail locations.
* Prepare and complete monthly bank reconciliations.
* Receive, open, and sort mail daily.
* Prepare and file property tax returns for 16 states.
* Order and maintain office supplies.
* Reconcile expense reports and ensure proper documentation.
* Provide general support to the accounting department with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Position Requirements:
* Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft excel.
* Strong organizational skills, time management, work ethic, and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team setting.
* Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
* Banking experience a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
