Key Responsibilities
· Generate pre-bills for assigned states/clients
· Submit final invoices in accordance with client guidelines
· Review non-compliant invoices and coordinate with attorney on modification
· Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
· Appy client payments accurately and timely to the appropriate matters
· Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and support general accounting tasks

Qualifications
· Associate’s or bachelor’s in accounting or finance preferred
· 1–3 years of experience in A/R, A/P, or billing roles required
· Experience with e-billing platforms preferred
· Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
