ResponsibilitiesIdentifies and pursues new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base. Updates the sales pipeline and ensures that all sales opportunities are effectively tracked and managed. Collaborates with other departments, such as operations and accounting, to ensure sales efforts align with overall company goals and objectives. Prepares and presents sales reports to management to provide insight into sales performance and market trends. Stays up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive. Required Skills2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the life safety industryDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, preferred.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.Ability to travel, to meet with customers and attend industry meetings and events as needed.
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
